Women on the Move Inc. (WOTM) is a female-owned organization designed to inform, educate, and empower the next generation of female business owners, political figures, entertainers, authors, and executives to prepare them for successful careers and to help women worldwide attain financial freedom.
WOMEN ON THE MOVE
WOMEN ON THE MOVE is on a mission to not only provide critical insight to the different career opportunities that are available, but to also coach and mentor our young women and students on the exact means by which they can achieve their goals. In today's society it is important to ensure that young women have the ability to be interconnected — that they are aware that something personal, authentic and undeniable can bring them to a common ground and aid in each other’s professional successes. WOTM has created an international multi-incentive platform for both successful career women and aspiring entrepreneurs and entertainers who wish to network and exchange meaningful dialogue by participating in FREE and exclusive workshops and seminars. Participants are offered a unique experience designed to support, encourage, and educate attendees about the different career opportunities in these vast fields. The program runs throughout March as a tribute to Women’s History Month. Panels are set up and moderated by established professionals, executives, and industry leaders. Attendees are given priceless knowledge and information regarding their career choices, the opportunity to participate in question/answer forums and workshops, and the chance to quality for the WOTM Intern Program. The events seek to promote self-esteem, awareness, and help craft solid objectives for young women to attain and execute their goals.
It is our belief that by collaborating with strong female industry leaders in our community, these future leaders will leave WOTM with their thirst for guidance and encouragement satiated, and that each guest speaker will approach the WOTM platform with a sense of accomplishment knowing that their words will motivate at least one young woman longing for a role model who has succeeded in a formidable industry.
WOMEN ON THE MOVE continues to defy stereotypes and is here to motivate change. The roles of women in our history have changed drastically as women now play a leading role in the world’s economy and businesses. We firmly believe in and are dedicated to providing young women with the resources needed to be a part of the change and advancement as they continue their education and achieve their personal and professional goals.
